Black & Gold Wedding Invitation Suite

Ah, these invitations turned out just gorgeous. I love the black envelopes with the gold RSVPs, and the gold lined outer envelope. They are just so classy! Other than the colors of the black and gold, my favorite part of this invitation is the hand drawn map.

The bride's mom actually drew both of the landmarks on the map for me. I was able to digitize them and make some edits, but the way she drew them (using pencil and hatch marks) made for a really nice feel that translated well to print.

This was one of my first pocket suite invitations I did from last year (yes, it's taken me this long to post!). And it was so much fun working with all of the different pieces. I love mixing and matching colors, sizes and patterns in invitation suites and am so glad that this is a trend!
