Fredericksburg Wedding Shoot
Fredericksburg Wedding Photoshoot
The last of our photoshoot series is the Fredericksburg theme wedding. This was my favorite one to put together because the theme meant so much to me. I LOVE my hometown. I think it's absolutely beautiful. Between the downtown charm, the history, and the people, I truly enjoy living here. And to get to use that as a basis for the theme for a wedding, it was just so much fun.
The inspiration for this shoot was the current style of coloring black, white and golds, and the city-themed weddings. I see tons of New York, Chicago and San Francisco themed weddings, why couldn't I do one like that for a smaller town?
Arlissa's Cakes & Tasty Treats really took the cake in this shoot (HA HA!) But seriously, wait til you see her cake. It's incredible. She was able to take my Fredericksburg skyline and make us it ON THE CAKE. When she walked in with that at the shoot, I was in awe. It was so gorgeous. Arlissa also worked wonderfully with our floral designer, Jamie of Blushing Blooms Event Florist and their coordination really brought the scene together.
