How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You

This weekend I got to host a bridal shower (which I'll post about later this week) for the lovely bride to be, Courtney. What an honor and pleasure it was to be able to do all that for her, and let me tell you. She made out like a bandit! Anyways, for the game, I wanted to give a little prize for those who got answers correct, and after researching on Pinterest for quite some time, I decided to go with chocolate covered marshmallows because they were delicious, easy and adorable. I started with a few trips to my favorite places, Michael's and Target, for the ingredients. I bought sprinkles, but actually ended up changing my mind and putting a blue 'S' monogram on each one to match the shower theme of red and blue.

First things first, I poked each marshmallow with the lollipop stick I got at Michael's.

I had enough sticks (35) for all but 1 marshmallow. Poor lonely one.

Then I melted the chocolate in the microwave and dipped the marshmallows in.

Then I got clue icing and put an 'S' on each one for Courtney's soon to be last name.

And the last touch! I wrapped them in the little bags, added a little card that I designed that said 'How sweet it is to be loved by you' and tied them with matching ribbons!

I think they turned out pretty cute, and they matched the shower perfectly! Stay tuned for the shower blog coming later this week!
