PROCESS
Step 1 | Information from the customer is received.
Step 2 | Photo is sent to Johnna.
Step 3 | House is sketched and sent for approval.
Step 4 | Once approved, it is penned and painted.
Step 5 | Painting is shipped!
DETAILS
You will receive the original painting, but no copyrights. All copyrights are maintained by the artist. No copies of the original are to be made or distributed in any way.
Colors in actual watercolor original may slightly differ from any photos or images sent.
Because this product is a custom order, all sales are final. If there are any issues, contact us immediately. There are no refunds after 24 hours or after the work has already begun.
We do our best to ensure that the package makes it to you safely by packaging it in a USPS envelope and in a plastic sleeve to prevent any water damage or it being bent. However, we are not held liable for loss or damage once the package is in the hands of the USPS.
