Alli & Alex | Lexington, VA Wedding

Last year was definitely a year of gorgeous colors for these weddings. Last week, we had that beautiful orange and navy, before that we had a rich red, and before that beautiful summer pastels. Well, this week is no different. 

I swear I love colors, but just like the orange, red really isn't one of my top faves. But Alli's wedding has totally changed my mind. Between her lovely pocket envelope, the warm bridesmaids dresses, and the vibrant florals, Alli had red in all the perfect places. Not to mention, it's the perfect pop on that beautiful Big Spring Farm background. 

Alli is a Phi Mu sorority sister of mine from Christopher Newport University. Alli & Alex were so sweet to stop my office on a Saturday on their way to a Nationals game. I had so much fun chatting about colors, paper and getting to know them a bit more as a couple. They were such a pleasure to work with and I just loved how simple and elegant their suites turned out.
