Happy Birthday, Mom!

Today is my mom's birthday!! Happy birthday, Donald!

My mom is one of the most amazing people I know. She is not only my mom, but my biggest supporter and best friend. I tell her EVERYTHING. And without her unconditional love and support, I would not be the same person I am today without her. Twila would not be the same.

Donna is one of the COOLEST people I've ever known. She always laughs at my ridiculous jokes (one of the few), gives me great advice (she gives it to me straight and doesn't always take my side which I think is really awesome) and always has a great, big hug whenever I visit or just need one. She has taught me the importance of health, balance and fitness but also how to cheat with a really great piece of homemade chocolate cake. She has the best, loudest laugh of anyone I've ever met (it's awesome). And she can take a shot of Whiskey like a champ.

The craziest part about working back here in Fredericksburg is how many people know my mom from her days of working at the Mary Washington Hospital (which was over 20 years ago) and tell me that I'm just like her, which I take as a HUGE compliment (she get it from her mama, right?!). She is such a hard worker and so passionate about what she does.

Mom, I hope you have an incredible birthday! I can't wait to celebrate with you this weekend. I love you!
