Mason Jar Meals: Part 2

So, I wish I had photos for you this week, but didn't take any. Want to know why? Because the meals were so delicious that I was eating them before they even hit my plate and I forgot. That said, I did the meals AGAIN this week. I spent an hour last night cutting up veggies, making egg muffins, and putting together salads for this week. Last week, I felt so much less stressed about meals because they were already prepared and I just had to make them. Overview? I spend about $50 for the ingredients for 6 breakfasts, 6 lunches, and 6 dinners, which comes to about $2.80 a meal, which you can't beat.

By accident, I had left one jar without any seasoning, but it ended up turning into a good thing. I had a friend over for dinner and needed extra veggies for our meal, so I just used the unseasoned ones. Since this happens quite a bit for me, I decided to do the same thing this week and leave one jar unseasoned in case I have a guest.

Conclusion: I HIGHLY suggest doing the mason jar meals. It saves time, money, and its absolutely delicious.

UPDATE!

I FINALLY took a photo of one of my lunches and dinners and wanted to share!

Doesn't this look delicious? I put all the ingredients (yes, even the chicken because it was already cooked) and just poured it onto the Gluten Free Brown Rice wrap, added dressing and good to go. This is one of my favorite lunches.

And here is dinner! Shrimp and Veggie Garlic Stir Fry. This one was my favorite. It was delicious!
